At Varkov, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
  • All original tags must still be attached

We do not accept returns for items that do not meet these conditions.

Free Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping on all eligible orders.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your item back to us.

No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at Contact@varkov.shop with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions
  3. Ship your item using the prepaid return label provided

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow:

  • 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval
  • Additional time depending on your bank or payment provider

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or item changes (subject to availability).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, orders may already be processed and shipped.
